01 Data Sovereignty & Portability

Aura Speedtest Pro operates on a strict zero-data retention policy. All diagnostic metrics, network telemetry, ISP identification data, and historical test records are processed and stored exclusively within your own browser's persistent storage (LocalStorage and IndexedDB). We do not transmit, collect, or retain your performance data on our servers.

To ensure complete user data portability under GDPR Art. 20, the platform provides one-click export tools to download your full historical audit base in CSV (RFC 4180 / UTF-8 BOM) and JSON formats.

Clearing your browser's site data will permanently remove all locally stored records. The Provider has no ability to recover this data on your behalf.

02 Network Telemetry

During a diagnostic run, the Aura engine establishes connections to global measurement infrastructure nodes — operated via Cloudflare, AWS, and partner CDN providers — to measure download throughput, upload throughput, latency (RTT), jitter, packet loss, and bufferbloat.

This process involves the temporary, session-scoped exchange of network packets between your device and these endpoints. The only identifying data exposed during this process is your public IP address (IPv4 or IPv6), which is a technical requirement of TCP/IP routing and is not logged, stored, or processed by the Provider.

03 Compliance Auditing & Sharing

The ISP Validator feature generates professional PDF diagnostic reports and PNG proof cards entirely on your local device using client-side rendering libraries.

Mobile sharing utilizes the native Web Share API (`navigator.share`) directly within your mobile operating system (iOS/Android). Files are transferred directly between local applications with zero intermediate server involvement.

Aura Speedtest Pro does not retain, transmit, or have access to any copy of the generated PDF reports. Once downloaded, these documents are solely under your control and responsibility.

04 Cookies & Local Storage

Aura Speedtest Pro does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies of any kind. The Service uses browser-native LocalStorage solely to persist your configuration:

• ▸aura_history — Your local historical diagnostic results (download, upload, ping, jitter, loss, MOS score).
• ▸aura_theme_mode — Theme visual mode preference (Cyber Dark / Zen Light).
• ▸aura_audio_mode — Web Audio sound FX state (active / muted).
• ▸aura_lang — Selected interface language (EN / PL).

Aura Speedtest Pro operates without invasive trackers, third-party marketing pixels, or advertising networks. We do not profile users or commercialize telemetry.

You have complete sovereignty over your network diagnostic data:

• ▸Right to Erasure — The "Clear Diagnostic Base" button instantly purges all stored test records.

08 Children's Privacy

Aura Speedtest Pro is an industrial network diagnostics tool designed for individuals aged 16 and older. The Service does not collect personal information.
