01 Diagnostic Accuracy & Standards

Aura Speedtest Pro guarantees a 99.9% precision rate for network telemetry measurements powered by the **V9 Diagnostic Engine**. The engine implements strict adherence to RFC 6349 (multi-stream line saturation), dynamic ramp-up detection, certified trimmed mean throughput, and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) calculation in accordance with ITU-T G.107.

Loaded latency and Bufferbloat impact metrics are calculated via statistical median sampling, rejecting transient outliers and packet bursts.

Measurement results may vary based on end-user hardware limitations (CPU clock speed, RAM throughput, NIC driver), active background processes, and physical router conditions. These factors are outside the scope of this agreement and do not constitute a service deficiency.

02 Infrastructure Availability

The global diagnostic network — comprised of measurement nodes across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America — is maintained at an enterprise-grade availability of 99.99% per calendar month. This corresponds to a maximum allowable downtime of approximately 4 minutes and 22 seconds per month.

In the event of a regional node failure or degraded performance at a specific measurement endpoint, the engine automatically reroutes telemetry traffic to the nearest available stable infrastructure hub to maintain audit continuity.

03 Service Continuity

Aura Speedtest Pro is engineered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) operating locally within the browser, providing offline resiliency and interface continuity.

04 Definitions & Scope

For the purposes of this Agreement:

  • Download Throughput: Real data rate transferred from test nodes to the client device in Megabits per second (Mbps).
  • Upload Throughput: Real data rate transferred from the client device to test nodes (Mbps).
  • Latency (Ping / RTT): Round-trip time between client and edge node in milliseconds (ms).
  • Bufferbloat: Latency inflation under heavy concurrent line saturation (Loaded vs Idle Latency).

05 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. While the Provider strives for the highest telemetry precision, it assumes no liability for disputes between users and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) arising from the interpretation of generated diagnostic audit reports.

06 Incident Reporting

Users may report suspected infrastructure degradation or measurement anomalies via the official portal at SpecInfo.org.

07 Response Times & Support

Measurement infrastructure is monitored 24/7/365 with automated failover routing.
